tiannium exhaust need help

hi i have j's exhaust single 70rs but it bent on straight pipes and 1 hole so any one know some shop or web do repair titannium exhaust . so many thank

Generally the only part of the exhaust that is really Titanium are the tips. A completely Titanium exhaust would be a bit pricy. J's say their exhaust is completely Titanium. Check with a good muffler/exhaust shop (if there is such a thing..and TIG welding would probably work with Titanium).

There actually are a lot of full Ti exhausts out there... There usually $2,000+ and around 5-7lbs its crazy how light they are

Just wondering did you buy this on ebay? I had seen one that was bent and had a hole, thought about it but was not sure where to get it fixed... Try craigslist put up an add for people that can tig weld Ti

Hey Dude I agree to fix it that will be close to impossible. If I were you cut the muffler off and have a shop build the pipes out of reg. tubing.

Or, sleeve it where that screwy lookin' hole is.
It would be a little ugly, but if the purpose is to save weight, then who cares?

oh i try bring it to some shop to fix they tell me cut the pipe and make the new one but the exhaust not work 100% like new it around 80% and heavier than original , original js exhaust just 9lb if i make the new pipe with the js muffler it will be 20lb that why i don't want to do it

i would call them ant see if they can supply some small sections of titanium piping you can have a competent welder weld in to replace the damaged secions
