New "to be" S2000 owner

I'm in the market for an S2000...however acquiring the car isn't my concern right now....i've been researching aftermarket parts for this car and have some questions...first off i really like the new veilside titanium teardrop exhaust...however i have heard that it is REALLY loud...does anyone know where i can get a sound clip of this exhaust...the veilside site doesn't have one....also i haven't found much on intakes i know the big makers have models (spoon mugen injen) but what are the best for the money...also are suspension upgrades neccessary? my previous "tuned" car was a BMW 3 series and a set of stiffer springs (at least) was neccessary for decent handling. And last but not least is the tranny... is the stock ssk good enough or should i get an after market...also the same for he clutch and fly wheel...if theres anything else i might have left out feel free to leave advice it's much appreciated.
