need to buy 2002 S2000

hey guys, i'm new to this forum and is looking to buy an s2000. I really don't know what's a good deal for one. However, I found one that's 2002 with 35k miles for $19500. If you guys can provide me with some feedback it will be greatly appreciated.

Where are you located ? I assume that price is in US dollars?
