Questions concering Apexi VAFC2 and 05 S2000

Newbie here. Let me start off by introducing myself, my name is Jim and I am a new S2000 owner. This is the first Vtech car that I have owned and really know very little about them. All my previous cars have been Mustangs (let the flaming begin ). I fell in love with the S2000 when my friend and I took one for a test drive just for kicks. I ended up buying the car I liked it so much.


So much for my little intro. My question concerns the compatibility of the Apexi VAFC2 and the 05 S2000. I've heard some say it will work while others say it won't. Can any one confirm for me if it will work or not???

Second question, I want to get more power out of the car but don't want to use a turbo or supercharger. My original game plan was a CAI, header, exhaust and the VAFC2. Any suggestions or tips will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, you're welcome.

You may get a little bit more power out of it without a turbo or supercharger but not in the way you will really notice it when you step on the gas, more like a bit smoother.
Realise that the s2000 is only a 2L or 2.2L car and managed to get 240 bhp out of it.
It's allready tuned up from the factory and to get a little bit more power out of it won't be cheap.

But i'll let the first question to someone else to help you out.
