Thanks, I read a lot of good things about the AEM EMS stand alone ECU, but i was also looking into the Greddy Emanage Fuel Management System. Its a lot cheaper and i can still get good results.

ECU - electronic control unit.
Usually refers to the engine management system. Changing the ECU without performing any mods to the car will net you very little gain. |

Lane, thats something i haven't thought of. Maybe a supercharger will be in my best intrest. I wanted to do that first, but I didn't want to spend 5 grand. Although it will get me around 100 extra hp. Thanks for the input.

I'll try Fletch. And by the way...I wanted a black S2000. But ever since i saw your S, I told the dealer thats getting the S for me that I either want Black or Monte Carlo Blue. Funny thing is, its an 02' also. Nice wheels too. Any input on hot ass wheels for the S would be appreciated. I looked at a few, but the internet connection here sucks. If it were 1995, it might be considered fast. Thanks. L8r

Oh, yes... Wheels.
My favorite subject. Check out some pics of mine on this thread. http://www.s2000.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=971 I've got Rays engineering Volk Te37. Very popular but quite rare. Esp in the UK Rays do some of the lightest wheels available for the S2000 ![]() Other favorite wheels that you can get in the right fitment... Most of the Rays engineering Range... esp CE28N & LE37T http://www.wheelspecs.com/specs/wheelbrands/140 SSR Competition ![]() Oz Superleggera ![]() Technomagnesio Detroit ![]() |

PS, Good luck with getting a MC Blue. They are very rare in the US as I believe the colour was only available in Europe.
And now the colour has been discontinued altogether on new models. It'd sure be a result if you find one. |

MC Blue is not available in the US. But there is a new blue coming out for 06 that is darker than the Suzuka blue. Also, SSR went out of business, so I don't know if you can get those wheels for much longer (might be a good thing since they were never really 'forged') SSR called it 'liquid forged' which sounds an awful lot like casting to me.

Once again, thanx halo. You jus' answered a question about the Monte Carlo blue that I'd asked fletch in one of the bigger wheel topics.

Yup he's right MC Blue was never available in the US but there are some around. As I said, VERY rare. I know of a few, also some US owners have had their's repainted MCBlue
FYI ... Lots of MC Blues from around the globe. http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=88173 |

Those wheels are nice. I had a feeling i couldn't get MC Blue stateside. I got a friend who works at a paint shop. I'll just have to get it painted. Or maybe I'll go custom. I've always wanted a two-tone. My buddy will give a good price on it too. Once again thanks for the input guys. L8r
