..::OFFSET & WIDTH::.. 19's Please Post
Okay I realiaze that the front wheels are narrower than the rear wheels on an S2 but is the offset also different. Also say I wanted to put some 19's on my car would the width of the wheel increase at the same rate as the diameter or does the manufacturer determine the correcct width. Also if i get 19's would the width only be 1 inch differenc or does it multiply. Thanks for everything and if u have any pictures of S2000's on 19's please post.

Read wheel drive the car, front wheel steer the car. Front tire and wheel combo is very crucial to the performance. 19 inch might look nice, but the combo of wheel and tire tends to be heavy.

I think it makes you feel driving a big and not to nimble car with a small engine.

Yes.
Not due to the wheels being heavier, but to the fact that the weight has been condensed towards the outer edge of the wheel. Therefore meaning that more force is required to turn them. (Although, just thought, I expect they would freewheel longer/faster) I don't fully understand it but a lot of people smarter than I have quoted all sorts of centrifugal type formulae and figures. BUT... IMO ... It'd be that slight you probably wouldn't notice anyway. See my other post on the other thread. http://www.s2000.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1000 ... Copied here anyway. Quote:
