I have that brand, but not that scanner. I have never had a problem with mine.

Haven't had any experience with the product. Looks like it's good and has a fair price.

Your better off with a "can buss scanner" It works with newer cars.

i bought mine off ebay for $10 shipped. usb based, plugs into my laptop and i can do anything that thing can and more.
