Funny "click" from right rear side

I was driving today and when I was leaving from a stop sign and i heard a "click" or a "pop" whitch came for the right rear side is this something to be worried about?

Hearin' somethin' once doesn't usually constitute grounds for gettin' worried. It obviously might've been jus' somethin' kicked up r' picked up n' chucked by the tire tread in which case you've probably already looked for paint/fender damage.
But, just from the way that you'd described it, I suspect that the sound was accompanied by something noticeable, felt through the wheel r' worse, through yer backside, so, it's likely that, by now, you've heard it again. If that's the case, make sure everything's where it belongs, properly tightened n' intact. That's gonna require puttin' it up n' bears a serious look-see. N' if the noise is there n' you, personally, can't find it . . sorry, but get thee to a reputable mechanic.

Thanks, Java I did hear it again this morning I'm going to put it up on block this weekend and have a look. I think its coming from the axle

Sounds like the axle nut needs re-torquing. Simple job.
