Exclamation Hard to shift but ez to reverse ?

Does anybody else have that problem. My s2k would go in reverse like a hot knife cuttn' n2 butter, but when i shift from 1st to second its really hard. Same goes for 6th gear. Am i driving it wrong i mean ? I never had that problem before in my Old s2k in college.

What year is your car and how many miles?? It may be time to change your trans fluid.

You should change your trans fluid and your clutch fluid. It might get rid of the hard shifting. Its an easy and cheap way to see if you have other problems.

What about the synchros? I get a bit of a grind when shifting into 5th under hard acceleration.
