blown motor
well, my beloved S is breaking down and it's pissing me off I want to rip the old owners a new one at first the tranny went and I got that replaced and honda did a crapy job they gave me my car back in a bad condition. they didnt re-align it after removing the crossbrace and then some weird dried up liquid was on my car all over the front. and now my connecting rod is about to blow cuz of there not being enough oil and I only had my car back for about 2 weeks and they had it for over 2 weeks. I'm wondering if they drained the oil some so it would mess up and I would have to take it back. I'm a mechanic and I did the oil change myself and put in 5.1 us quarts of ams oil. theres no way I messed up and it was leaking it was on the rack at least once a week and I would of noticed it. PLUS, when I got it back I noticed when I would go around sharp turn the oil light would come on and I brushed it off as nothing thinking that if I were to go around a sharp turn fast it deprived the oil sensor and turned on the light. well stupid me i guess for not checking it huh? Im so glad I got the extended warrenty if honda doesnt fix this. I knew somewhere in my heart that I should of done the tranny at my shop but I didn't want the headache but now I'm paying for it. so in some way I want honda to not fix it and then my warrenty covers it and I do it at my shop. and if I can I hope I can keep the motor and rebuild it with all the strongest stuff money can buy so this doesnt happen ever again(aside from the oil deprevity cuz what engine can handle that just this is my 3rd engine taking a crap on me first my 300zx then my s-10 and now this one). which leads me to my next question wheres a good place to buy all forged pistons connecting rods and crank shaft ect...

Wow that sucks man. I had to drop a new motor in my 01 3 days after buying it. It definaty is not fun or cheap. That was after putting a new motor in my 98 trans am 3 weeks earlier from an oil pump that took a dump on me.
