torque tuning help

Is their any way a f22c1 have a tourqe around 250 lb-ft?

With about 450 HP you could get 250 lbs tq. It's going to cost you about $9,000 and you need a turbo kit (plus MANY other parts), but it can be done.

I'll have to agree with gomarlins, you'll need a good shop for tuning too.
