K&N FIPK installation question
I just purchased a K&N FIPK and I'm looking at the instructions...Am I seeing this correctly that you have to remove a coolant hose? If so, will coolant come out?
9. Detach the coolant hose from the fitting on the intake manifold, and from the fitting on the underside of the throttle body. Also, if anybody has any advice for installing one on an AP1, I'd be glad to hear it! Thanks! Patrick |

Coolant won't necessarily come out. Just don't work on your car right after you have driven it. A little coolant may come out, just put a rag under where you are removing the hose to avoid a mess.
