Internals for Boost
I am interested in forced induction. What should be the first steps to take? Should I beef up the internals first or tranny or is the stock motor and tranny capable of handling say a supercharger from vortech or comptech if available. I would rather do the necessary steps first so I am not destroying things.

Stock internals are fine for basic SCing. If you stay at or under 7lbs, you are fine. I am at 7 lbs and did change the size of my injectors just to be sure I have a safe A/F ratio above VTEC. Both the CT and VT systems are bolt on and go, but a little tuning wouldn't hurt.
I have an extra clutch and PP assembly in my shed because there are times when I can feel the clutch slipping. It doesn't happen all that often and it's only when I am shifting in a hurry. If you would like some piece of mind, you can have the diff reinforced.

Iternals for Boost
The same thing has been happening to me once in a while. If I open her up and shift real quickly it tends to slip sometimes. I buddy has a Gsx Eclipse and he said the same thing happens to him every now and then. Is this something I should worry about? The car was bought from Carmax w/ 35k, one owner and is emmaculate. Should I invest in a clutch or what? Thanks alot

I was running the ACT 2900 Clutch kit with XACT lightened flywheel on my gsx before I sold it, and that clutch was unbelievable. The clamping abilities was near next to none. If your running boost and you feel slippage...Just upgrade your clutch, its not a huge expense and what fun is boost when your clutch is slipping? As for internals, I heard the F20C and F22C can take up to 400 whp...Just make sure you have all the needed gauges, boost, A/F etc. and you should be fine. IMO.

So is the clutch issue a problem or is it like this w/ all s2k's? My car doesn't have many miles so I didn't think twice about my clutch being bad

It's not bad, it's just not designed to handle all the extra power. Ihave had mine boost for over a year with the stock clutch and as I said, it only slips from time to time and I can keep it from happening by not trying to shift quickly under power.
