Rear End Out Of Commission

A few weeks ago when i launched up against a 350, i stripped 2 of my gears at the rear end; primary and the input. The whole hub rear end assembly is down. When i shift in gear, it will pull a little bit, but then grind and the shims would catch nothing. Anybody know where i can find a used decent rear end?

You might try a salvage yard and I have seen some on eBay. Either way, you don't know what you are really getting. If you want a new one, I can point you to a good vendor.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

I had HTG build me one awhile back.

hardtopguy.com :: HTG PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS :: Complete 4.56 ratio final drive gear ****NEW**** in stock

You might want to call him and see what he can do for you. Jeff is a great guy to work with. I have purchased quite a few items from him over the years.

'Sorry to hear 'bou'cher rear Estu, but it sounds like somethin' that you were gonna goddadoo sooner r' later anyway. Leastwize with that beefed up, it's one component that you shouldn't godda worry about again.
'Only trouble with hammerin' heavy HP through light-duty r' "weight-efficient" parts is, that when you replace one piece, the next weak-link in the chain moves up n' takes it's place in line.
Good luck with the fix. (As you didn't bring it up, I don't 'spect that you at least got the satisfaction n' bagged the 350)
Be well.
