Will a aftermarket clutch set up void my warranty?

Depends on what you mean by that. Will it outright void any warranty you have? No. However, if the dealer can prove that the new clutch, or the installation of that clutch caused something to break, then the broken part will not be warrantied.

If you are worried about it, I would ask your dealer if there a set up that won't void the warranty. My guess is they will say you need to go with the OEM set up and have them do the install.

If your clutch isn't causing you any problems and you are switching because you want to, I would wait until your warranty was up and go with the set up you want.
