VTEC Cross over

Hello,
Can anyone tell me when does the VTEC switch between low and high RPM in the ap1 as well as the ap2 of the american market.
The AP1 is 2.0 9000RPM and the AP2 is 2.2 8000 RPM

6000rpm for both.

With my AP1 the V-TEC kicks in alittle after 6000RPM
