What oil to use for tranny/diff/engine?

I bought a used 01 s2k w/ 82K miles and thinking of changing all the fluids, what would you recommend and how many quarts for the engine, tranny, diff?

Castrol Synthetic (10/40)
Honda OEM manual tranny fluid w/ BG additive
Honda OEM differential oil

I use:

Mobil1 10W30
Honda MTF (the new blend)
Either Mobil1 75W90 **or** LE-607 90W-- I have used both and didn't have any problems with either. The Mobil1 is easier to find.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

Be careful if you do decide to get the "Honda" diff oil...there really isn't anything special for the s2k, so many parts depts make the mistake of giving s2k owners diff oil for the CRV. That oil will destroy an s2k diff in short order.

I just bought Amsoil 75-90 synthetic for my differential. Now I just have to find a 23mm endwrench and get the fill plug off. The drain should be easy, but that fill plug is in a tight spot.
