If not what has already been stated, check your fluid level. Our clutch is hydrolic.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

actually, now that I think about it...does the clutch release when it sticks at the floor? Can you shift gears or do the gears grind and you're not able to change gears? If you can change gears but the clutch pedal is on the floor, you might think about investing in a clutch and pressure plate (aw, go for it and get a lightened flywheel while you're at it) and a new throw-out bearing. If you can't change gears and the clutch pedal is on the floor, you need either a new clutch master or slave (or both) cylinder. As go said above, first check your fluid level in the clutch master cylinder. Hydraulic fluid has a distinct smell and look...are there any mysterious fluids on your driveway or garage floor? If you know the smell of brake fluid, you know the smell of the clutch hydraulic fluid...have you smelled that anytime lately? This should get you started...(and, btw, does this happen under heavy acceleration only or at any time?)

Yeah it does and I hate it. It reminds me of all the problems I had installing the MC on the Cobra. That is three days of my life I will never get back.

I'm about to replace my clutch next week. I'll post what I pay for parts.
