s2000 Air Intake Installtion

Hey guys, just a quick one. I would much appreciate your help and knowledge.

I just bought a new Air intake kit.

On the stock piping there is this electronic component which is connected to the piping.

On the new pipe that i bought, there is not slot for this electronic thing to go.

what do i do?
