Oli Change ??

Should I change my oil before 1000 miles is clocked on my new s2000, or should I proceed until the engine service light shows up ( being that the vehicle has been stored for Winter with 800 miles showing )
A prevoius thread states an oil change should take place prior to the first 1000 miles .
( Is the oil in the engine from new a conventional oil or a " break in oil" )

Any suggestions would be appriciated.

follow Honda's recommendation for the break-in oil change interval. The oil is a special break-in formula.
