Anyone looking for exhaust should check out this video. Kinda old, but you hear what each exhaust sounds like close and with drive-bys.

Mugen exhaust, no droning real torque gains and 24 lbs lighter than stock.

I had the resonator removed from my factory exhaust. It's very quiet at idle, but it sounds really good at higher RPMS, I love going under a large overpass at 8000 RPM's just to hear it. It's cheap to do and may be worth a try.

Yeah, I suggest changing out the resonator, can't be more than $60 bucks at a good muffler place, and if you tell them what you want it to sound like, they should be able to get pretty close.

I ended up keeping it....I couldnt find anything else in my price range that I liked better.
Yes, that video's pretty accurate. Its not so loud your ear's bleed, nice rumble at idol. Its not so loud in the cabin that you cant hold a conversation, but when you go WOT you KNOW its there.

Heres a crappy vid I did in the driveway:

or....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/T1R-7...3064QQtcZphoto

I know the pics are just pics but do you get the same you get on the 70 as you do on the 68? And is that just the canistiers that are bigger or the whole exhaust is larger piping?

Both the 70mm and the 63mm look the same, the only difference is the diameter of the piping. Not sure if the canisters are exactly the same, but they look like it.

Sounds good, I think you'll really enjoy it. I didnt install mine, it was the middle of winter and I would have had to do it in the driveway, so I took it to my local muffler shop here and had them do it. I wouldnt hesitate to install it myself though, pretty easy and straight forward. You will need different hangers though, the AP2 hangers (2 holes, rectangular shape) wont work, the AP1 hangers will work (3 holes, triangular shape).

Post up some pics when you get it installed

Where ever you take it will be able to do it.........It cost me like $80 to have it installed. Which, at the time, was money well spent.

I have seen the hangers on eBay, but they were blue. Changing out the exhaust isn't hard, I have done mine twice and another S once.
