Idling RPM for your engine

I am looking to find out the idling rpm for a F20c and F22C engine. I have the 2.2 liter engine and that idles at around 1000 rm, i find that to be strange for such a high revving engine. What are you experiences???

at cold start It should idle around 1500-2000 rpm and then It should settle around 800-1000 rpm.

J it takes around 2-5 minutes to get to the idle rpm, was just wondering if this is normal.

Drive off slowly and it'll warm up a little faster. Don't let it idle the whole time.
