i fixed on my AP1 (Spoon=air filter+throtle body) and
(Mugen=exhst manifold+full exhst) that made engine hits 9000rpm easly but chk eng. light show on high speed but in normal driving its ok...after a month of instlation and racing lot it show again and stay, it refer to the stock ECU wrong reading of the airflow on the exhst sensors, some advice me to cover them with heat shield but i didnt try yet...another advice to change to programable ECU...but which one will be AEM-emanage..??

Does the Mugen exhaust have an o2 bung and is it in? If not, it'll cause a CEL, but its kinda weird that it only does it at high rpm.

I would love to help, but after reading this my head hurts.
Do you still have the stock ECU? Throwing your car on a EMS will not prevent the CEL from showing up. Sounds like something wasn't installed correctly. There is a sensor in your headers as well as your testpipe\cat. Start there.

It does and if the O2 sensor is in place, you don't get a CEL no matter what the RPM's are.
