How many miles are on it? 1999? Where are you?

You might want to go into more detail about the "rattling noise." Where is it coming from or what is it near? And what do you mean about the "rumble/groan" after acceleration?

Sounds like the bearing may be worn in the tensioner. You should probably get that fixed asap before you lose the belt.

The issue with the clutch may be "clutch buzz", a problem that I've heard is not uncommon in the early AP1's. Do a search in these forums using the term "clutch buzz" (in quotes) and you'll see more info about it.
