Will exhaust void warranty?

Im pretty sure i have a full coverage bumper to bumper to 30,000 miles and have had this rattling issue that ive done seem reading and seems to be one of two things, One being the heat sheild on the cat, or the clutch. Upon more reading i hate to say but i think its the clutch. My questions is would that be covered? And also now that i have installed an exhaust will that void all my warranty? If anyone had delt with anything simliar any info would be great

It shouldn't void your warranty. You could switch back you OEM exhaust to be sure though before you go in. As for what the noise is, we would need more info.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

The noise i get mostly when i start it up as like a fast ticking but pretty loud it sounds like its comming from the cat but i went under and tried tapping it and didnt seem like it was loose, Its also heard at low RPM's reverse and forward, and as soon as i speed up it seems to go away it could just be not being able to hear it but im pretty sure it acutally stops

I'm almost positive it doesn't. If I remember right the Honda dealership around my way said it didn't, so you should be good.

It wll not void the entire warranty, but the parts of the exhaust you replaced are not covered. It's federal law. Do a search on the "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act"
