s2k redline shockproof gear oil

hey folks was wondering if anyone has used this in there gearbox as fitting a new box shortly and have been told this redline heavy shockproof oil is really good but i notice on the redline website it can be used if there are small pipes,hoses or pumps involved ! can anyone confirm that this is good to use , thanks

Don't know about Redline, but everyone that I've talked to recommends Honda's MTF. One person that I know that is very knowledgeable about the S2000 transmission told me that super slippery synthetic oils may cause problems with the synchronizing rings.
