Can someone help me identify these parts

I bought this engine with no belts and some of the lines were cut.

What is this black tube near the intake with nothing attached to it and where does it go?

What is this cut line and where should I connect it to?

I have no belts but I am not running ps or air conditioning.
Which belts do I need? Looks like this:

After this I connect the upper and lower rad hoses. Then there are 3 smaller rubber hoses. 2 of these are heater hoses, what is the other one?

I can't help too much since Im not too much mechanically inclined or familiar with the belts/hoses. Since theres no replies yet, I'll tell you what I do know.

This hose goes to the intake tube. I believe its just a vacuum line.

I do know that the cut hose on this pic is connected to the fuel pressure regulator. From the fuel pressure regulator I don't know where it goes.

EDIT: Heres the service manual which you can download. Im sure it'll help you find what you need to know about the engine. I guess now they make you make an account to download the manuals. If it doesn't work let me know cause I have it on my computer and I'll send it to you.

EDIT#2: I copied the image of where the line from the fuel pressure regulator runs in the fuel system. Hope it helps.
