There are many aftermarket exhaust companies for this car. Most are cat backs and there really aren't many bad sounding exhausts for this car.

What do you want? Loud, quiet, looks, sound, price, quality?

also i think the greddy exhaust is only cat back, so who knows who makes headers and a (downpipe?)

Down pipes are for turbo cars. What's wrong with a cat back? Nearly all exhausts are a cat back. If you want to get rid of the cat, you can get a test pipe. A header back exhaust is going delete the cat, so a test pipe added to a cat back is essentially the same thing.

There is no "pipe" between the header and the cat. The stock exhaust system goes from the header->cat->catback.

Yes, but just one header. You will need to reuse the stock cat if you want to still pas emissions and/or don't want to use a test pipe.

ya and dont worry about the headers. Im on here most the time and if im not mistaken ricks header is the best bang for the buck but it still aint going to give you much in gains.

Mugen headers make a big difference. That would be my first mod. And you Mugen haters can as several guys on S2kCA who have them how good they are. Ken and Mike for example.

Yeah, but in the end its still a lot of buck ($$$) with no real gains. Get a cat back for sound and maybe HP (2-3 if your lucky) and save your dough for some shoes.

The Amuse R1000 is one that connects straight to the header. Weighs only 4kgs so it's one of the lightest and expensive.

It appears you have an AP2. The Ricks header will do nothing for you. They'll be the first to tell you.
As far as full header back systems, there are quite a few choices.
Mugen
Amuse
Toda
Berk
First F1

Berk offers a hi flow cat as well.
