Lightbulb f20 swapped to f22 questions

im new to honda in general and i enjoy the ease of working on them.
im normally working on a KA24 nissan or 4g63 mitsu.
anyways me and my bro are repairing the AP1 f20 s2k we purchased
come to find out cylinder 3 had bad compression due to side walls scarred up(bad rings or FOD). so local guy sells me block for f22. this is what i know
bore between the 2 is the same. only difference is the stroke. so my guess would be using same pistons in the f22 as the f20 but different crank and rods.

This is what i need to know
1. can i swap the internals(crank rods pistons) from f20 to f22?
2. if not what is the process of boring the f20 since is has FRM wall lining?
3. what is compatible between the 2 engines? because they seem almost identical?

any professional help would be greatly appreciated

My friend has a f20 block for sale $300 (New Orleans) if the f22 block doesn't pan out.

i think im gonna try the f22 block, whats the worst that can happen? things dont fit right? the way i see it the f22 motor only has different crank+pistons+rods because they lowered the compression and increased the stroke. if you look at this website towards the bottom it shows they make the same kit for both blocks.
http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/bri.../f20cf22c.html

this is why im convinced that f20 internals will fit in a f22 block.
if anyone has a reason why these 2 should not wed please speak now or forever hold your peace.
