I think you might mean CINDER blocks but even that is a misnomer (you can look it up). Even those building blocks are now made from concrete. Therefore, the correct question would have been as follows: "Or is your car on concrete blocks?" or you could have written; "Or is your car on cinder (sic*) blocks?" which would have been correct only through the enclosed in-parentheses statement.

We now return to our regularly scheduled massacre of all rules of the English language.

* sic: adv. Thus; so. Used to indicate that a quoted passage, especially one containing an error or unconventional spelling, has been retained in its original form or written intentionally.

If I use a few of the older blocks I have laying around, should I still insert the "(sic)", Kg ?

If they are indeed constructed of cinders then they may be referred to as "cinderblocks", however, if they happen to be ersatz cinderblocks, the rule states they may not be referred to as cinderblocks but as a block of a different stripe as it may be. Please see the rule book, Section 3872, Common Names for the Lowly Concrete (Cinder (sic)) Block. A manual for users of the English Language and others as necessary.

WOW! Now that was a good find.
I thought I was doing good with 45,00 on my 03.
There was 26k mile one that got away right before I arrived.
But mine is like new and it's new to me, and I got good a deal and I love it

It will be a DD so the miles will pile up. I put 168,000 on my 03 MazdaSpeed but I rebuilt the tranny (modded) and built a 350-400HP motor (depending on boost.)
I hope and expect the Honda to hold up better than the Mazda.

Well she hasnt been garaged... out in the elements the whole time. I got her 2 years ago at 40k on the clock. Been though alot. Outlasted 2 or 3 gfs yada yada. Mechanically shes really sound. List of things I want to check out...

1. First attempt at sanding the TCT worm gear failed. Im going to pull it back off and just buff the hell out of it. If that dont work Im going to buy a new one.

2. Rotors and a brake fluid change.

3. I have one small tear in my top. Passenger rear area. (I got the tear aid instructions from 6 going to jump on that in a few)

4. Under hard acceleration in 2nd and up in gears (not first) I have a vibration that shows up sometimes. Im thinking my tires as they are the raptors.

5. I wanna pull of the head and inspect it for just in case purposes. I mechanicaly over reved it once pretty bad around 30k ago. Thinkin a compression test maybe will confirm any head damage... dont know for sure though.

Thats all thats really it. She has held up great. Nothing has ever broken on her and I am not the worlds easiest driver on cars. I drive kinda hard at times. I think I finally got my cash flow problem straightened out. (Money has never been a strong suit with me.) So Ill be happy to get her back up to par.

edit: On a more personal note I am kinda disappointed in myself. I need to take better care of her than I do. Work in progress though.
