Will an AP2 lip work on an AP1 bumper?

Im looking into getting a front lip but the only one i like say it will only work for ap2 bumpers. Can some one tell me the differences between the 2 bumpers and if its possible (with out to much trouble) to get this ap2 lip to work with my ap1 bumber. here is a picture of the lip i want to get. also does anyone know where i could get this lip for an ap1?

Looks like MG Style splitter...

I don't think there is a difference. Because I've seen it on Ap1's.
