Replacement Top and rear window

I just picked up a 2001 s2000 and the top is an old hag with the rear window missing. My searches have lead me to Ebay to purchase the top, but who will I go to for the install? How much will bringing my s2000 to the Honda dealer set me back? How hard is the top to install? I actually have a brand new rear plast window so I only need to purchase the top and have both installed. Any advice would be great, I need to get this top up before the Arizona sun dries me out or my valuables get stolen.

I actually have my s2000 completly stripped bare right now because im customizing it, & if you wanted to install the top yourself it shouldn't cause too much of a problem. You should only need to remove a few panels & everything behind the seats (but make sure you make a note of how everything went) & then take out the bolts on the sides holding the top in, & i believe there are some clips too, & pop it out. then just reverse the process.

Where did you get the new plastic window? Can a glass one be placed in?

Yeah I wanna know about the plastic window too. Mine has a couple tears in it and I wanna know if I can just replace that without replacing the whole top and if so how much will it cost?
