Clear corner lights.

I am wondering if this forum has any DIY examples (pictures, videos, ect.) in regards to simple modifications to the s2000.

One question I do have is how do I remove the yellow portion of the front corner turn-signal lights. I have heard I do have to stick the whole headlight in my oven, but em, I am sort of hesitnt to actually do that. Anyway, any suggestions or help would be much apperciated!

Yes, you have to 'cook' the lights. It can be done by an amature, but I didn't have the guts. I took it to a company in the LA area dn paid them to do it.

This might help:

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

Is there a special sauce that goes with that?

Blinker fluid. It has to be changed every 30,000 miles unless you go with synthetic.

Why the change?

It seems like this is a popular thing to do...replace the stock amber side lights with clear...but, why? Is there some practical reason, other than personal preference, for changing the lights? Are the clear repeaters deemed safer than amber? Do tell....
