Power Outlet

has anyone ever had the power outlet come out? Every time I use the radar detector i notice that the outlet goes in circles. This past weekend the whole thing came out, the only thing holding it in were the wires. Does anyone know how to fix that, or take that section out of the car to repair it.

Never had that happen, but then the only time I use it is to charge my phone. I would have the radar detector hardwired into the car. That's what I did and I don't have any cords running around the cockpit.

yeah I guess thats what i'm going to end up doing.... but i still have to fix the socket, any idea how to take it apart?

"Whatever you do, where ever you go, enjoy the drive." I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!! After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.
