S2k Converty And Hard Top?

I was on EBAY and it has a picture of a silverstone with a convertible AND a hard top. Now unless they installed the hard top and took the picture, reinstalled it and replace the convertible back on it, that would be crazy. I guess the question for this thread is; Is it possible to have a hard top AND a convertible equip? Dumb question i know. . .

Yeah, a lot of people who put the hard top on, just leave the soft top installed, but folded down.

Now, you could not put the hard top on the car physically if the soft top was latched shut.

I had a Miata with a hard top and I am certain they are the same. The soft top is NEVER removed, simply folded back. Removing a soft top is not an easy project and it would never be designed that way. The Miata needed some special brackets installed to hold the hardtop in place. The leading edge fastened to the windshield brackets in a similar to the convertible top. These hard tops are nice. I really liked the one for my Miata and would love to have a color matched top for my red Honda but they are pricey. John
