Wow Bob, you really get around. I just answered this on S2kca...same answer here...I use 303, others use Raggtopp, Xviper (Dave) uses low gloss Armor-All...YMMV.

Theres a 5 dollar bottle of stuff at Advanced Auto Parts that I tried out. It looked okay the first couple of weeks then it faded off.

Bob, 'hope'ya don't mind a reprint:
"didd'a comparison with 303 n' ArmorAll a while back. One on one side n' one on t'other. Where they came together in the center there was no distinction once they dried n' they both lasted close enough to the same for gumm'int work. 'Kicker wuz that when I cracked the 303, I wuz smellin' my ol' friend ArmorAll.
Did the same with the RaggTopp. No comparison.
When you come right down tooitt, RaggTopp'z the only one'a the bunch that'z actually recommended by the top and automotive manufacturers.
I still use the 303 n' ArmorAll for other stuff, but all our tops get treated to Raggtopp.

Well I tried some stuff from Pep Boys, can't remember the name, and it was "OK". But the top looked gray rather than black. I was doing some other stuff with Armorall so I decided to try it on the top. I thought the results were great, and it still looks great a week later. My neighbor came by and thought I had bought a new top.

I got a bottle of 303 from a local Marine dealer and it works great. Made the top on my 01 look like brand new.

I bought raggtop and applied it last week. Very good product. Get at least two seperate applications per bottle.
Don't forget its a vinyl roof.
