Convert earlier s2k rear plastic to glass?

I searched and read a little but I didn't see the answer I am looking for, so ...

What all needs to be replaced in order to swap in the rear glass window for the crappy plastic version in the early model S2000's? I realize that you have to buy the entire top, but is there anything else to it? Will that newer model top bolt right in without any other modifications, or is there more that needs to happen?

Thanks!

topsonline.com, go there.. they offer a very nice top with the glass and yes, you have to do minor fixes to put it on your car. I have an 01 and had the plastic before. The "conversion" to glass is nothing difficult...you drill four new holes in the 3rd bar so that the glass folds down right. The glass window is so much better and is worth the $$. The entire install of the top sucks though, but search the forums for directions...i'll try and find the link that really helped me along...2-3 people are best for this job. unless ur planning to drop $500+ for install.

I had my top cut up when my seats were stolen. The top shop put on a GAAH top with a plastic window which zips down and I put a towel under it and a soft cloth on top of it before lowering the top. It has been on the car for 6 years and it has never faded cracked and with the above method the window has remained scratch free. And it's much larger and lighter than a glass window.
