RaggTopp Cleaner for Vinyl or Fabric?

Yesterday I ordered Raggtop off of eBay. The picture of the box says for fabric tops, but the description says it's formulated for vinyl or fabric. What's weird, is in some of the other auctions, the picture of the box says for vinyl, but the write-up is just the same. It also says for vinyl or fabric. Anyone know what's up with that? Will I need the one the says vinyl on the front of the box?

The one for vinyl comes in a spray bottle, the one for fabric comes in a spray can. Make sure you ordered the protectant and not the cleaner. Any decent car soap and a soft brush will clean the top, the protectant adds luster and UV protectant to the top.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

It doesn't matter with 303 but with Raggtop there's definitely a difference in the canvas protectant and the vinyl protectant.

Before you sell the product you bought, contact the seller or manufacturer... it might be safe to apply to a vinyl roof...who knows ?

Yeah, maybe I can use it. I just noticed on the modifry website they say, "The top on an S2000 is vinyl, not cloth, though some owners have used the Fabric Protector and like the way water beads on the surface of the top. Your choice!"

For a protectant?? Even as a cleaner you'd need to seriously dilute it.

Anyway, you can't go wrong with 303 or Raggtopp. I've been using the former but I'm trying out the latter based on comments from those who have used both. Will probably keep 303 for the tires and other trim.

Thought you guys would be interested to know that I tried out the fabric protector this weekend. Since the Modifry site said some people use this, I figured I couldn't hurt the top.

I put 3 coats on. So far so good. It darkened the top and seemed to dry evenly. I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't since I sprayed it directly on the top.
