Passenger Side Strake Torn Off
I drove over some major road debris on the way to work and discovered that my passenger side strake was torn off. I guess I found one good reason to have them on your car. I'd rather have a strake torn off than have my fender beat up. Anyways, my car is a year 2000 and it is silver in color. Where would you guys recommend I get another one for a good price in the same matching silver? I never really liked them but since there is a hole in the side of the fender where the strake snaps into I would rather get a replacement than go to the body shop to have the hole filled in.

Check this place: If your S2000 is the lighter silver (Sebring Silver) they are on sale because this color is discontinued:

Hey Thanks s2kx2! I will buy one online now. I wonder how I can verify that I have the Sebring silver? Hmm.

Ah, I found my answer. I checked by the driver side door panel and found my paint code NH-630M Silverstone Metallic. Rats! This isn't the color that is on sale. Any other places that you guys may suggest I check?

So I took a drive and retraced my route along the freeway on the way home from work and found my torn off strake sitting on the side of the road. It is beat up but worth putting back until I have a spare $344. Now I just need to replace the rubber trim that goes around the edging of the strake and the plastic nut that attaches to the fender into which the strake clips.
