			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I just confirmed with Hondata that the reflash for Vortech SC's changed the vtec point to 4000rpm.  I'm always driving above 4kRPM, and my mpg has gone down to 20-21 mpg. I used to be at 24mpg. Oh well, i guess i should just make sure to keep it under 4k.</div>
