Just a stock kit until winter. Shredded a belt already, found out why...

Yep. I could see that the provided damper had been hot and the rubber was a little burnt/hard but I didn't feel like drilling/tapping my own.
You remember what size tap you used by chance, isu? My tap set doesn't seem to have the right size. |

Looks awesome carguy. I always said I would be fine without a supercharger but they have started to look pretty good lately.

Put the new clutch in yesterday, pressed the old bearings off and new ceramic bearings on. Still waiting for the billet impeller to show up along with the EMS and woodruff keys.

CG,
I assume that is a V3 Vortech? I don't see any oil lines in the pics. I am looking into them and I think I am sold on the V3 despite the oil changes. Thanks for the pics and descriptions, good to see someone documenting their S work. Cheers. |

the supra sounds like a monster.
funny how the supra tach and speedo look like the tach and speedo in my camry dash. of course, in the camry the redline is 6200 and the speedo stops at 140; but they look very similar.

Blower is back together and shimmed. These showed up today.
![]() Waiting for the EMS to show up now. I decided I'll be running E85 so I'll need to toss in a 340lph fuel pump to replace the Walbro 255. Can't wait for the weather to get nice! |
