Comptech Closed

From threads I have seen in other forums (NSX prime, S2ki), Comptech is closing down for various reasons.

I am a new S2000 owner. Coming from the Acura side I wanted to go with Comptech everything... then I see reports of them closing. I found this blog with notes from a guy working @ Comptech saying they are not closing but simply changing management. Digg - Rumor: Comptech not closing after all?
It would be bad for the Honda/Acura world (in America at least) if we thought they closed but didnt... because then everyone would think they were closed and not purchase any product causing them really to shut down due to lack of sales.
I sent an email to nateh@comptechusa.com and asked whats up. He has not responded yet. I hope its because he is busy and not out of a job.

Their website is up and running. They reorganized but never really went away.

I received an e-mail from Comptech a few weeks ago and they said they were reorganizing, but not closing. Their machining tools went up for auction though, so I don't know where that puts us.

I sure hope that they do not close because I too was going to go wit comptech if I got an S2000.

They are open again. The place was sold to a few employees and they have continued operation. I am not sure how much of their previous inventory is now available though. You may want to call them to find out.
