Cheap Turbo??

I was looking on ebay and i found a t3t4 turbo kit NEW for $2600. Not sure why it is so cheap ive never heard of Godspeed turbo kit but i know what turbonetics is, that what the turbo itself is. What do you guys think.
Any input would be great
Thanks

Nothing is cheap for this car if it works.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

Thats about right on the price it has no fuel management. If you want to cut more off the that price buy pieces and put together your own kit. It may take abit longer but you can pick and chose good deals. JMO

Seems like a pretty complete kit minus fuel managment. Nice stuff too

well you can go with a piggy back system or a something more along the lines for a AEM EMS. If your not goin to be boostin the hight then in most cases a piggy back system will work fine. But the EMS will allow you set alot more stuff other than to do with the just the fuel. waring light and so forth. It will be abit more expencive to get it tuned good because your starting from scratch also.

Hondata dosen't make one for the S2000. Some people have used the one for the RSX but its a pain in the ass and you need to change out a bunch of sensors. For a low boost set up, the Greddy E Manage works well.

Much alike Bobbys post...
If you want to spend some more for a system with many features, the aem ems seem to be good. I have been thinking of link ecu plus G3, autronic etc, but settled at the aem now as it is plug and play. Im yet to buy it though so i cant give any real life review of it.

Seriously dont waste your money. The kit is not new at all. It even shows pics of the rediculously beat and rusted headers. He's just showin a new kit picked off the net and then the actual parts on his car. It's not even a kit, its a makeshift put together kit by some kid who has no idea how to run a turbo. I'm gonna go ahead and say its like every other used part on ebay. BEAT. probably not in correct working order either. By the time your done buying the EMS for this kit you'll have about what you'd have in a brand new one. That and his feedback sucks big time, ton of negative/neutral and some neg's are even from other people complaining about their t3t4 turbo's etc.

GodSpeed is a turbo/tuning shop in AZ but they are more known for Subaru/BMW setups... Not sure if this kit has anything to do with them, just thought I'd mention it. They are well known for great quality work.

just say no to egay turbo kits. That kit is junk. The turbo kit you should be looking into is full-race. I would suggest peakboost but they don't have a kit out for your cars yet. I am still trying to convince Ken to make one though.

Do it right the first time or don't do it at all.

You don't have to do internals to run a stage 1 or stage 2 full-race kit. Or if your pockets are deep there is always Lovefab but I honestly prefer the full-race kit.

If you are just looking for a quick and cheap alternative for boost just get a supercharger and call it a day

Just call or visit Inline Pro (www.inlinepro.com) and either get their kit or let them install for you. It's done right and it'll work.
