Chirping noise from the SC

Guys, I'm hearing a strange noise from the SC. Its making some kind of sharp chirping noise, usually at 2300 - 2500rpm. I hear it almost every other time I take off from a complete stop. Not sure if its a belt making the noise or the charger. It sounds kinda like an "Eeerpp", and its kinda loud.

Anyone know anything about that?

The belt may be slipping, however since yours was installed by the Vortech guys (if I remember right) I doubt it. Can you get a video up?

If it is a new belt it will periodically need to be re tightened as it breaks in (stretches) over the first few hundred miles (my experience with my old Vortech).

I would agree with that. But you can never be to sure. If you had it professionally installed, take it back and have em check it out
