Well as far as never gaining traction........that wouldn't be to bad since gymkhana is about controlling your car with no traction. That might be a plus for me.
it's still making 300 ft lbs of torque, so, if you want it to break free, then you won't have to worry...it will. With such a small turbo, it's at full boost really early.. If you look at it by 3900 rpm it's already at 300 ft lbs of torque. IF you want to get swirly you will not have any problems.

P.S. I have a stock head gasket, just the head studs, and it's good for 400 whp

I know...I was curious what 14 psi would do, and honestly i wouldn't have been surprised if I would have needed to go bigger with the turbo. It's about 8k miles strong, and still pulls like the day it was tuned.

So your saying that the greddy spools up pretty fast? I could see that working but damn I hate boost lag. Even if it isn't that much of a lag, it's still there!

I've had a wrx with a vf22 and a prelude with a sc61, and that was boost lag...This just feels smooth throughout. I wouldn't even call it lag, lol.. Sry for sounding like a greddy salesman, but it should be the same for all small turbos... This is my first car with one...
