2001 S2000 Supercharged, low miles, NICE!!

Reluctantly selling my 2001 Spa Yellow S2000. Only 28k miles. Comptech Supercharger, CAI and FPR. ACT HD clutch. Apexi duals. NO CATS!! 299 RWHP. Has been babied. 30k service done at 26k with all Redline synthetics. No wrecks. Needs nothing. For full details and pix go to Precision Autos (This is my car not inventory!). What's the condition of the plastic rear window? There aren't any pictures of it. Also, one of the tires looks awful worn on one edge and the description says the rear pads are brand new at 27k mileage. Was the car driven on the race track as reason for the wear? I got over 40k miles on stock pads which included a couple track days.

As stated on our site (Precision Autos) the window is somewhat cloudy, no breaks, decent visibility in day. Tires are at 50% as stated. Runs 2 degrees of camber up front, hence more wear on inside.
Best go to site and read full description.
Pads replaced after 3 track events. I overservice my vehicles and don't abuse them. But on track I am VEEERY agressive.....

Help save a guy from spending even more money to go to the next level! 12 Step group didn't work.

If she sells in 30 days, great. If not, let the spending begin! Which sounds better: $20k firm or $300 for a referral?
