2000 Honda S2000 For Sale 22,700 miles Triple Black

Hey guys,
Well I wish this wasn't true but I need to get rid of my baby. Mostly due to the fact that my wife and I have a new actual baby

But I think as some of you know, my car has a Pennsylvania Reconstructed Title, otherwise known as a salvage title. I am the second owner and I had bought it from a NY salvage yard. It was a theft recovery and basically I bought it as a project car and have put alot of money back into it to make it roadworthy. But now since I need the money, this project has to go. It is a 2000 AP1 with 22,700 miles and is black with black interior. I will sell it As-Is with any and all parts I have for it, including the Carbon Fiber hood and a left over OEM hood which needs to be repainted, tonneau cover, new AEM filter, and more. The car also has a AEM V2 Cold Air Intake, short aluminum antenna, and white ADR 10 spoke Sokudo10 rims with Toyo Proxes T1's 17" which are in decent shape. Basically I bought the car and did all the necessary work for the next guy/gal. It still needs some minor work, maybe some panels repainted, the engine light is on, and there is a whine sound coming from the engine bay, maybe the belt needs to be replaced. I can't afford to put any more money into it and I am hoping someone will see the potential and make it their project car. It really drives strong, the allignment is straight, great gas mileage, and the interior and top are in excellent shape. I am looking to get $12,000 for it. Let me know by email or cell. Thanks alot guys for the responses. I am sorry to have to give it up. It will make the perfect project car for someone who wants to get into an S2000 for below what you can get at a dealer. And the mileage is great too...only put on 5000 miles since I've had it. Well, I am negotiable and hopefully someone can pick it up before the spring.

I recently got an offer for $11,500. The guy has to get a personal loan from someone, so he is making me wait. But since I am motivated, I will give it to the first person who has $11K in cash. That is as low as I will go.

car is nice, good job. i would like to buy but i don't trust salvaged titles, and 2000 is too old. good luck though. the price is right

a 2000 is only too old if you are looking for specific upgrades over the past few years. I particularly like the first ones 2000-2001 for their down and dirty raw driving machine characteristics. The only thing I would change is the plastic window to glass, but that's it. Thank you for the compliment though. I also do not trust salvage titles, from cars that have had their frames twisted. But a theft recovery is fine for me. I used to work at a body shop, so this was the perfect project car.

Damn, having second thoughts now. This guy is supposed to give me money any day now, and the nice weather is here. I took it for a drive this past weekend and that was a reminder of how nice it is to have this car. Oh well, maybe I'll get another down the road. Anyone else have second thoughts when they sell their S's???

Well I was thinkin the wife would have the car with the car seat. And if he needed to travel with the baby he could get a car seat for the S. I dont know. Im just trying to pay off my S before I end up married. Or have a kid

So I have (2) loves in my life. Wont say which I love more.. lol j/k (No im not..lol) Wife loves it. And if an "accident"

ever happens we already said that we would NOT be getting rid of it..
