GL Man, But just as an FYI, I'm pretty sure NO ONE on this site will trade an S2000 for that. There isn't any "going back" once you have an S2k, especially a Civic. Your car might be worth 3,500 on a good day. Its 12 years old man!

in you go to inlinepro.com or you tube and type in inlinepro the company is almost done with a kit to swap the s2k motor into your hatch. cool idea check it out.
