Installing New Carpet New Color anyone?

Whats up everyone. Well I kinda found someone to exchange carpets with me. This guy owns a white s2k with red interior and says its rare to find a white s2k with black interior and I really want the red carpet. So we decided to switch. The problem is we still havent exchange cause we dont want to ruin each others carpet. is there a thread or forum where someone has instructions or pictures on how to remove and install? or is it something easy even a caveman can do it???? What happens to the clips? Do i need to buy new ones?

Please HELP!

PS. I have a silverstone and I already have the Red s2k seats just need carpet.
