JDM Head unit options? (MiniDisc)

Is there an easy way to order a Japanese head unit for an s2000? is this something an American honda dealer can do? This head unit is the one that I am interested in:

I have a large collection of vinyl records converted over to MD, and would like to not have to run all the wires and fm tuners to use my portable MD player.

wow, thats pretty cool i didnt know that they had that in Japan.I have a buddy thats over there i will contact him and have him look into it because i want one also.
